Exchange Policy

If there is any damage or any fault or difference in the product,  we will take the responsibility to change the product, the customer would have to send a return parcel through any reliable courier service to the address we provide later after verification.

Item can only be exchanged if it’s not the same as in the picture.

If the customer wants to exchange any product after receiving her/his order she/he must pay shipping charges if no issue was found on Tors and Jors side.

Any product purchased can be exchanged within 15 days.

Exchange is allowed only if the product is in its original condition, is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and then you are good to go ahead with the exchange process.
